Our Evaluation Services
Comprehensive Neuropsychological Assessments Tailored to Your Child
We provide detailed neuropsychological evaluations that identify cognitive, emotional, and behavioral factors affecting your child’s development. These assessments help clarify diagnoses such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and learning disabilities, guiding targeted interventions.

Psychological Evaluations Focused on Emotional and Behavioral Health
Our psychological assessments evaluate emotional well-being, mood disorders, anxiety, and social challenges. These evaluations support personalized treatment plans and provide insights to families and educators for effective support.

Educational Testing to Identify Learning Styles and Academic Needs
We conduct thorough educational evaluations including IQ testing, dyslexia screening, and classroom observations. These assessments inform IEP or 504 plans and help tailor educational strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

Ongoing Support to Track Progress and Adjust Care
Our follow-up services include re-evaluations designed to monitor changes in cognitive, emotional, and educational functioning over time. These assessments help us identify new challenges or improvements, ensuring that recommendations remain relevant and effective.
We also offer consultations to discuss assessment outcomes, review intervention strategies, and collaborate with families and schools. This ongoing partnership supports tailored adjustments to educational plans and therapeutic approaches, promoting sustained progress and empowerment.

What types of assessments does CCNS provide?
We offer neuropsychological, psychological, and educational evaluations tailored to identify cognitive, emotional, and learning challenges. Our services include dyslexia and autism spectrum assessments, as well as school and classroom observations to support educational planning.
Does insurance cover the cost of assessments?
Coverage depends on your insurance plan. Some services may be fully or partially covered, often requiring referrals or prior authorization. Co-pays and deductibles may apply. We work with you to clarify coverage before testing begins, but verifying benefits with your insurer is essential.
What services are typically not covered by insurance?
Educational testing usually falls outside insurance coverage and is billed separately. Additionally, school meetings, observations, hearings, and mediation services are not covered and require out-of-pocket payment.
